What we collect at subscribe

Email, from Stripe Checkout or our success path. We use it for the account, pack delivery, cancel confirm, and legal notices. We store it, and Stripe stores it on the customer record.

Payment method, through Stripe Checkout. Used to charge $6 per month. Stripe stores the card. We must not store raw card numbers, CVC, or full magnetic data. We may store a Stripe customer id and subscription id.

Name, if Checkout asks for it. Used for receipts and the portal. Stripe stores it. We may copy a display name.

Billing address or tax details, if Stripe collects them. Used for tax and disclosures. Stripe stores them. We may store city or region if needed for tax. Tax handling is still open.

Download tokens that we mint after pay or pack-ready mail. These are time-limited PDF links. We store a hash or opaque token, an expiry, and a subscription id. We do not log raw tokens in plaintext.

A portal session (cookie or Stripe portal session) so you can cancel or re-download. Session cookies should be HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite.

Support mail you write to contact@printurday.com. Kept in the mailbox so we can answer.

What we do not collect

We do not collect a child's name, age, school, photos, or location. Content is for ages 3-7. The parent email is the only identity. If a parent volunteers a child's name in mail, we do not add it to a marketing list.

Kids

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The parent or legal guardian is the subscriber.

How we use it

Email is used to send the welcome pack, Saturday pack-ready mail, cancel confirmations, and replies from contact@printurday.com.

We do not sell personal information.

There is no marketing list at launch. If marketing mail is added later, it will honor unsubscribe before any send.

Processors

Stripe processes payments, the customer portal, and receipts. Payment is processed on Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Resend is the intended email processor. It receives the address and message content to deliver transactional mail. Live send is not on.

Vercel hosts the site (project printurday).

Cookies

This site may set a local sc_sub session cookie so download and cancel can recognize your subscribe. It is not an analytics cookie.

Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal set their own cookies on stripe.com.

This site loads the Source Sans 3 font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That is a third-party request. We may self-host the font later. That choice is still open.

We use Google Analytics 4 on printurday.com to count page views and sessions. Google may set cookies or use similar storage on your device. We do not use Google Analytics for ads. You can block analytics with a browser extension or by disabling JavaScript. See Google's privacy policy.

Email unsubscribe

Every mail includes a one-click Unsubscribe from marketing emails link. Clicking it opts out of marketing only. Welcome, pack-ready, cancel confirm, and Stripe billing still send while the paid plan is active. To stop pack emails, cancel from your account.

Retention

We keep email and Stripe ids while you are subscribed, and afterward for tax or payment-dispute records. The exact window is still open. Tokens expire. Expired tokens are deleted or invalidated.

Access and delete

Email contact@printurday.com to request access or deletion. Cancel is self-serve in your account. Deletion of mailbox archives is a manual process.

State privacy

If you want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted, write contact@printurday.com. Counsel should confirm whether any extra state notice is required. This draft does not decide that.
